Enjoy Simple Abundance

<img src= So you want to know how to be happy and live your best life now. Stop dwelling on the past and what you see as negative aspects of yourself and your life. There is an abundance of good if you change your mind and your focus.

No Comparison
This is a very important point to remember under no circumstances should you compare yourself to others. Or compare what you have to what others have. You are an individual and you have your own unique set of life experiences that cannot and should not be compared to others. It's like comparing apples to asparagus they each grow and taste very differently, and so is every individual life experience.

Realize that you are an individual and you can only do what is best for you and what others have or do has absolutely nothing to do with you. This is how to be happy when you let go of the comparisons and focus on your own individuality.

Smile
A smile in and of itself is a great tool for creating happiness. When someone smiles at you what is your natural reaction, you smile back.

A simple smile can go a long way, so smile it's the easiest and best way to express and feel happiness.

Spread your message of happiness to others through your smile. You are not only sending a positive message to others you are nurturing your own spirit and recognizing the happiness of the present moment.

Live in the Now
Stop and think about it where are you right now? You are not in yesterday nor are you in tomorrow you are here now.

This is how to be happy, let go of the past, stop reliving stuff that is over and done with. It no longer serves a purpose and only keeps you stuck in the past.

Stop worrying about the future, let go and be grateful for what you have now. Sit down and begin writing a gratitude journal this is a sure way to improve your outlook and help you learn how to be happy.

Simple Abundance
Recognize the simple abundance in your life. You can easily recognize it through the practice of being grateful and making the decision to see the good in all things and situations and then expressing thanks.

This practice will bring into focus all the positive aspects you have in your life. This new focus will help you maintain a more positive perspective and a brighter outlook. You can lift the heavy burden of negativity and replace it with a lighter more positive focus.

How to be Happy and Enjoy Simple Abundance
Enjoy simple abundance by enjoying each moment, a beautiful sunny day, the love of friends and family, a simple walk in the park or a drive down a beautiful country road on a spring day. There is simple abundance all around you, in things like a butterfly, a garden, flowers, trees, take the time to just be here and now without worrisome thoughts, schedules, or deadlines. Make it a point to give that time to your self.

Sit down and make a list of all the things that make you feel happy. Notice all the things I've mentioned above do not cost a dime! So right there you know that money has no power in whether or not you are happy. It is the choices you make and what you choose to focus on everyday that show you how to be happy.

Make a promise to yourself that everyday you will think of and appreciate one good thing from the day's events. Do this everyday and I promise you that it will eventually change your frame of mind and you will see more happiness than you ever have in the past.

I know this to be true because I have made this same promise to myself and everyday I write in my gratitude journal what I am grateful for no matter how big or small if it makes me happy I write it down. This process has dramatically changed my outlook and attracted to me more good friends and support than I could have ever imagined.

So make that promise to yourself and find the happiness you deserve it's there waiting for you to recognize it and let it into your life. Blessings to you!
