Spiritual quotations can be a wonderful guide to connecting with your inner spirit. I use them when I need a bit of encouragement or to reconnect with my inner spirit after getting caught up in the stresses of everyday life. Words are amazing when they are composed from a spiritual heart and mind.
What Spiritual Quotes Can Do For You
They help you see the world through the eyes of spirit and apply a new perspective to life in general. They help you see beyond the physical trappings of this world into your true inner spiritual guidance system.
They touch the spiritual being that you are. After all it is said we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Spiritual words redirect your attention from the everyday stresses of life back to the inner sanctuary of your spiritual self. Helping you look within for the answers, rather than trying to find a quick fix outside yourself.
Create Your Own Collection
You can create your own spiritual quotation journal and each time you find a quote you want to remember, write it in your journal. There are many resources at your finger tips to draw from. You can find them everywhere, especially in your favorite books, online, and even in greeting cards.
I especially like to pull my own spiritual quotes from the books I’ve read. If I come across a passage or phrase I find particularly inspiring I immediately write it down. I have a handmade journal that I found in a book store.
I am also a big fan of simple index cards. You can put one quotation on each card and then decorate them with your favorite colors and images. They can then be used as daily motivation cards. An electronic computer journal is another way to record your favorite quotes.
Whether you purchase a journal, create one, or set up an electronic computer journal, it will become something special and inspiring to you, because each quote will have its own special place in your heart and mind. Create your journal in a way that inspires you.
